The Restoration Certified Guarantee Details:

If a student doesn’t pass the course-related IICRC, RIA, or ACAC exam on the first attempt, he/she can contact [email protected] and provide the proof-of-attempt letter from the exam-related certifying body within 15-days of receipt and a Restoration Certified representative will register the student to re-take the related certification course within 60-days FOR FREE!

If a student doesn’t pass the course-related IICRC, RIA, or ACAC exam on the second attempt, he/she can contact [email protected] and provide the proof-of-attempt letter from the exam-related certifying body within 15-days of receipt and a Restoration Certified representative will register the student to re-take the related certification course within 60-days AND a Restoration Certified instructor will provide a 30-MINUTE TOUTORING SESSION via Zoom ALL FOR FREE!

If a student doesn’t pass the course-related IICRC, RIA, or ACAC exam on the third attempt, he/she can contact [email protected] and provide the proof-of-attempt letter from the exam-related certifying body within 15-days of receipt and within 30-days Restoration Certified will REFUND THE FULL COST OF THE ORIGINAL COURSE payment back to the original form of payment!

 

IICRC Student Participation Policy

IICRC STUDENT PARTICIPATION POLICY: In order to qualify for the IICRC certification exam students must adhere to the following IICRC policies:

  • Student must have a strong internet connection
  • Student must sign-in and participate using a desktop, laptop, or tablet. Phones may be used for auxiliary audio only.
  • Student head and shoulders must be seen by instructor and monitor
  • Student may not participate in any other activity during class time (walking, working, speaking to others, speaking on cell phone, etc.)
  • Student may not participate while in a vehicle at any time.

In order to qualify for the certification exam IICRC’s Student Participation policy regarding attendance, screen sharing, and participant behavior requirements must be strictly adhered to. Restoration Certified has no control or oversight regarding IICRC’s Student Participation policy and their decision to deny a certification exam to a student who does not adhere to their specific policies. Any student that cannot complete the certification exam due to policy infractions is not eligible for the Seat Transfer or Re-Seat Policies, and registration payment is forfeit.

Course Cancellations and More

Cancellations, Re-Seat, Seat Transfer, and No-Show Policy

All registrations for a course seat are final and non-refundable. Due to IICRC, RIA, and ACAC administration and certification policy, and the commitments we’ve incurred with the instructor, there are no exceptions (exclusive of the Restoration Certified Course Cancelled Policy).

If a student has purchased a seat in a course and is unable to attend the course, wishes to be re-seated in in the same course title but on a different date, or wishes to transfer their seat to another person within the same organization the student must notify Restoration Certified within seven (7) business days before course start date by emailing [email protected] or calling the main office at the number listed on our website www.RestorationCertified.com.  The Restoration Certified “Certified. Guaranteed.” Policy is voided on all Cancellations, Re-Seat, Seat-Transfer, and No-Show policies.

 Seat Transfer Policy:

If within 7 business days or more of the registered course a student is unable to attend the original registered seat, the student can transfer the purchased seat to another person within the same organization at no additional cost by contacting [email protected] or by calling the main office at the number listed on our website. If the Seat Transfer student is unable to attend the course or is a “no-show” on the course start date, registration payment is forfeit.

Re-Seat Policy:

If within 7 business days or more of the registered course a student is unable to attend the original registered seat, the student can reschedule a seat in the same course title to a future date within 60-days of original course start date for an additional $50.00 fee. A student may utilize the Re-Seat Policy only one time. If the student is unable to attend the re-seated course or is a “no-show” on the course start date, registration payment is forfeit.

No-Show Policy:

If a student fails to attend the registered seat in a scheduled course within 60-minutes of course start time, he/she is considered a “No-Show” and will not be able to enact the Seat Transfer or Re-Seat policies. Registration payment is forfeit. Due to IICRC, RIA, and ACAC administration and certification policy, and the commitments we’ve incurred with the instructor, there are no exceptions to the No-Show policy.

 

Restoration Certified Course Cancelled Policy

At Restoration Certified we strive to make the best effort to never cancel a course, but in rare instances a course cancellation cannot be avoided. Instructor emergencies, internet provider issues, closures due to severe weather or governmental advisories are several examples of a reason for a course cancellation. If Restoration Certified must cancel a course we will make every effort to inform the registered student as early as possible via email and a phone call. The registered student will be offered a Re-Seat to a seat in the same course title to a future date within 90-days of original course start date or a full refund of registration payment back to the original payment method.

Tardiness, Off-Screen, and Early Departure Policy:
In order to qualify for a certification exam, the certifying entity’s policy (IICRC, RIA, ACAC, OSHA) regarding tardiness, screen sharing, and early departure requirements must be strictly adhered to. Restoration Certified has no control or oversight regarding a certifying entities policy and their decision to deny a certification exam to a student who does not adhere to their specific policies. Certifying entities will often have monitors enter a class to view student behavior and verify that their specific policies are being adhered to. Any student that cannot complete the certification exam due to policy infractions is not eligible for the Seat Transfer or Re-Seat Policies, and registration payment is forfeit.

Disruptive Behavior “Zero-Tolerance” Policy:

Any student that displays inappropriate, disrespectful, disruptive, or abusive behavior towards any student, monitor, or instructor will be given a verbal warning and/or a written warning via email, and/or a written warning via meeting private chat or message function. If the offensive behavior is repeated the student will be removed from the course permanently. The student will not be eligible for Seat Transfer or Re-Seat Policies, and registration payment is forfeit.

Learning Disability Accommodations

At Restoration Certified our instructors care about our students - we want them to have a successful learning experience and can accommodate most learning disabilities. Students are encouraged to call and inquire about any course support tools available for visual, language, writing, comprehension, or cognitive disabilities prior to purchasing a course.
