With a remarkable career spanning over 32 years in the cleaning and restoration industry, Jessika M. James is a seasoned professional and a trailblazer in her field. In 1982, she co-founded her first cleaning, restoration, and bio-remediation company in the northern California Bay Area, marking the beginning of a journey marked by innovation and expertise.
Jessika's impact extends beyond her entrepreneurial ventures; she has played pivotal roles in shaping education programs for industry giants like Prochem, Kaiser Permanente, and Marriott. As the former Senior Training Specialist for Kärcher, North America, her focus on building cleaning and maintenance, indoor air quality assessments, infection prevention/control, and microbial decontamination has set industry standards.
Currently serving as the President of RestorationCertified.com, Jessika leads one of the industry’s foremost IICRC Approved Schools. Here, she is dedicated to providing the inspection, infection control, cleaning, and restoration sector with cutting-edge online classes taught by exceptionally experienced instructors.
Among Jessika's numerous accolades is her status as an IICRC Approved Instructor, where she imparts her vast knowledge in cleaning, restoration, and bio-remediation through certification classes. Holding titles such as IICRC Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restorer, Master Fire & Smoke Restorer, ACAC Certified Indoor Environmentalist, Mold Remediator, and Certified Mold Professional, Jessika stands as a testament to her commitment to excellence.
Recognized by Restoration and Remediation Magazine in 2016, 2017, and 2018, Jessika earned the title of "The Best of the Best" in their Recognizing Women in Restoration awards. Additionally, she was voted as the IICRC Favorite Instructor, solidifying her reputation as an industry leader and educator.
